Electronic Heating Mantle Features:

Heating mantle is a device used for laboratory heating and according to the parameters provided, can describe with the following characteristics:

  1. Heating mantle offers a wide range of capacity options to meet different experimental needs, from a small 50ml to a large 20,000ml.
  2. Surface heat conduction is used through the high-quality Inconel electric wire to achieve uniform heating to ensure the sample is heated evenly to avoid local overheating.
  3. The maximum temperature of the surface can reach 450℃, which is suitable for experiments under high-temperature conditions to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the experiments.
  4. Heating mantle is equipped with Nickel Chromium electric heating wire, providing multiple levels of thermal power adjustment to meet the heating needs of different samples and experiments.
  5. The use of high-quality aluminosilicate cotton as thermal insulation material effectively reduces energy loss and improves energy efficiency while ensuring the external surface of the relatively low temperature.
  6. Shell is made of cold rolled steel plate and surface is sprayed with an anti-corrosion coating, which has good corrosion resistance and durability.
  7. The heating mantle adopts a continuous working mode, which can continuously and stably provide heating effect to meet the needs of long-time experiments.
