Six-sided heating gas jacket heating system

  1. Six-sided heating ensures uniform temperature distribution with a uniformity of up to ±0.4°C.

CO2 Incubator Technical Features:

IR sensors are designed for precise monitoring

  1. Infrared (IR) CO, sensor, stable monitoring of the culture environment, effectively avoiding the measurement deviation caused by frequent opening and closing of the door.
  2. Suitable for remote monitoring or when the incubator needs to be opened frequently.

Active Airflow Technology

  1. The CO2 incubator is equipped with fan-assisted air circulation to achieve rapid recovery. This airflow pattern is specially designed to evenly distribute temperature, gas exchange and humidity.
  2. The incubator’s built-in fan ensures that all cells, regardless of where they are placed, have the same culture environment conditions and will not lose water excessively when the incubator is turned on.

Microbial high efficiency filter

The CO2 inlet is equipped with a high-efficiency microbial filter, which has a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99% for particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.3um, effectively filtering bacteria and dust particles in CO2 gas.

7-inch LCD touch screen

  1. Intuitive control and easy operation, can display real-time operation curve, historical operation curve.
  2. The installation position on the upper part of the outer door is convenient and easy to operate, and the capacitive touch screen is sensitive and has a good control experience.

Unique reservoir design

The chassis water reservoir design has a large evaporation area and the humidity recovers quickly after closing the door. It ensures a high humidity environment in the incubator. Under normal room temperature conditions, even when high humidity is generated, it is still difficult to generate condensation water above the cabin. It provides the greatest protection for cell and tissue culture and avoids the formation of dangerous condensation.
