Usage method:

1. Place the biological indicator into a low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization packaging bag and seal it. Place the packaging bag in the most difficult sterilization position inside the sterilizer and run the sterilization program.
2. After sterilization, remove the biological indicators from the packaging bag. After confirming that the color of the chemical indicator on the label of the biological indicator has changed from red to yellow, let the biological indicator cool to room temperature, and use a clamp to break the ampoule bottle inside the biological indicator to fully contact the culture medium.
3. Incubate in a 56 ℃ -58 ℃ incubator. At the same time, another unsterilized biological indicator of the same batch number was taken to break the ampoule bottle and used as a positive control for cultivation under the same conditions.
4. After 24 hours of cultivation, observe the color of the culture medium to confirm the sterilization effect. Remove the outer label of the biological indicator bottle as a record for storage.
5. Qualification criteria: After 24 hours of cultivation, the color of the culture medium remains unchanged in blue purple.
